Ingredients:
- 1 large can vegetable broth
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tablespoonful mushroom seasoning
- tapioca starch for thickening
Directions:
- Mix a tablespoonful of tapioca starch with two tablespoonfuls of cold water in a small bowl and set aside
- Set a pot on a stove over medium heat
- Pour in vegetable broth
- Pour in creamed corn
- Pour in whole kernel corn
- Add mushroom seasoning
- Stir well
- Pour in tapioca starch mixture and stir some more
- Let soup simmer for 5 minutes then serve
