Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 2 tablespoonsful sugar
- 2 tablespoonsful water
- 2 tablespoonsful ground flaxseed
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 teaspoonful baking powder
Directions:
- Put the flaxseed into a small bowl and pour the water in
- Mix well with a spoon – this will be our flax egg
- Add wheat flour to a large bowl
- Add the white flour
- Add the sugar
- Add the flax egg
- Add the soy milk
- Mix everything well
- Batter should be slightly runny, but not too loose
- Heat a pan on the stove over low to medium heat
- Grease the pan with a little oil
- Pour in the batter – the amount depends on the size of pancake you want
- When the top looks a lttle dry and bubbly, carefully flip the pancke with a spatula
- Serve with your favorite type of syrup
