Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 & 1/4 cups soy milk (we used vanilla soy milk in this recipe)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- berries of your choice
Directions:
- Heat soy milk in a small pot over medium heat
- Add rice and reduce heat to a simmer
- Stir occasionally for 10 minutes
- (You may need to add a little more soy milk to maintain moist consistency)
- When the rice is moist, add honey and cinnamon and stir well
- Servie with berries of your choice
