Ingredients:
- 1 taro root
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp agave
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Special equipment:
- Magic Bullet or equivalent blending device
Directions:
- Skin the taro
- Chop taro into 1-2 inch chunks
- Boil a cup of taro for 10 minutes
- Combine 1/3 cup of taro with soy milk, agave, and crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
