Episode 60: Falafels
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpeas, soaked and drained
- 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp olive oil
Special Equipment:
- Food processor
- Air fryer (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and process
- Make meatball shapes out of the mixture
- Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown (alternatively, cook in air fryer at 360 degrees for 10 minutes)
