Ingredients:
- 1 can of jack fruit
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 teaspoons taco powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
Directions:
- Drain and rinse the jack fruit
- Shred the jack fruit with two forks
- Put the jack fruit into a large plastic bag
- Add the onions, garlic, taco powder, cayenne pepper, coconut oil, and vegetable broth
- Seal the plastic bag and shake well
- Leave the plastic bag in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours
- Cook the jack fruit over medium heat on a stove for 5-7 minutes
- Serve with salsa and tortillas
