Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 cup red lentils
- 1 cup wheat gluten

Directions:
- Soak the red lentils in a small bowl of water for 30 minutes
- Drain the lentils
- Roast the vegetables at 425 degrees for 30 minutes
- Chop all the vegetables into small chunks
- put the vegetables and lentils into a blender
- Blend until you get a loose mixture
- Pour the vegetable mixer into a bowl
- Add the wheat gluten and mix quickly
- Roll into hot dog shapes and cover with aluminum foil
- Steam the hot dogs for 10-15 minutes
- Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments:
