Ingredients:
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and boiled
- 1/2 zucchini, grated
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon agave
Directions:
- Add the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder to a large bowl
- Add the banana, carrots, and zucchini
- Add the soy milk and mix well
- Add the agave and mix well
- Grease a baking pan with a little olive oil
- Add the mixture to the baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving
