Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup chopped spinach, kale, or broccoli
Directions:
- Boil the water
- Add the salt and garlic powder
- Add the quinoa
- Lightly stir and reduce heat to simmer
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
- Mix in the coconut cream
- Mix in the broccoli
- Cover and simmer for 6 minutes
- Serve hot
