Ingredients:
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Berries of your choice
Directions:
- Boil water
- Add soy milk
- Add oats
- Reduce heat to simmer
- Simmer for 15 minutes until oats become tender
- Add banana and smash into oatmeal
- Add honey and ground cinnamon
- Serve hot with berries on top
