Ingredients:
- ¾ cup okara
- ¼ cup ground rolled oats
- ½ cup wheat gluten
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon curry paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
- Add okara to a bowl
- Add ground rolled oats, wheat gluten, onion flakes, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley
- Set aside
- In a small blending device, add cooked rice
- Add ketchup, curry paste, and olive oil
- Blend until you get a thick paste
- Add all the dry and wet ingredients to a large bowl
- Mix well and shape into meatballs
- Steam the meatballs for 15 minutes
- Serve with your favorite pasta sauce
