Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Two zucchinis, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Special equipment:
- Blender
Directions:
- Put two tablespoons of chia seeds in a small bowl and add 3 tablespoons water
- Set aside for 15 minutes
- Add zucchini and water to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Transfer the zucchini mixture to a large mixing bowl
- Add oat flour, chia seed mixture, baking powderand mix well
- Add maple syrup and olive oil and mix well
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a well-oiled baking dish
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- Let’s let it cool for 15 minutes
